Think VALUE, Not TIME!
People in prison “do time”
Unless you are reading this post while actually behind bars, you don’t want to indulge in this same kind of thinking!
People in prison and criminals are no the only people who try to steal money.
Actually, a lot of people who appear to be stand-up citizens go through their entire lives trying to steal money.
Many succeed but only to a limited degree.
Their theft stands in the way of attracting any great wealth.
Their theft puts them in a prison of their own making.
People who work in factories, especially if union employees, think years on the job should translate to wage increases.
This is why wage earners rarely gain wealth!
Their erroneous, greedy thinking is in the way.
Although it is the corporate CEO and entrepreneurs who are usually accused or viewed by the public as greedy, it is actually these wage workers who exhibit greed at its worst!
They want something for nothing, they seek an unfair exchange.
Time on job, years doing a job, does not increase inherent value of the job being done!
In most cases, after the first few years, it doesn’t increase the value of the employee either!
He doesn’t bring 30 years of experience to the table at all.
He only brings one year of experience repeated 30 times!
The entrepreneur dare not fall into this belief system trap!
Because it is devoid of false protections.
He is at full mercy of a marketplace with its own brand of hash justice, based on real value!
Wealth is a reflection of actual value to the world!
If you want wealth, you make yourself more valuable!
Your value does not increase just because you hang around for years!
Do something that increases the value you bring to your business, your work, or your clients or customers!
Increase your value, and you will increase your wealth!

Man, your messages really hit home with me! Working for “time” is a deceptive trap that we have to be on guard against. Even doctors, lawyers, and consultants that are paid by the hour should always attempt to maximize the value they give to their clients within the time they are working for them.
